Terms of service

By commissioning me, you agree to all terms on this page.

General➸ I have the rights to refuse the commission if I'm uncomfortable or it's against my T.O.S.➸ No rush commission!! I may take up to a week per drawing, depending on the clients' order queue and the complexity. Please be patient if any delays occur. You will be contacted if this occurs.➸I'll do simple background (will add simple motifs). Complex detailed background will be charged.➸I'll charge an extra small fee for any changes after I completed the commission.➸Any update or queue list will be in my Trello!!

Payment➸ Payment via Bank transfer (local) / PayPal (international) [I accept in MYR & USD]➸ I will send out an invoice for the upfront payment / deposit. Payment is due within 7 days. If no payment is made, consider the commission is cancel.➸ For chibi comms and b&w sketch comms, clients must paid the full payment and show the receipt to me, AFTER I send the sketch, then I'll start the order's drawing :)➸ I'll send the finish artwork (with & without watermark) through preferred platform AFTER I get the full payment (please send the receipt as proof)➸ Additional fee will be charged depending on the complexity.

➸ I'll send the sketch first, after the sketch I send is approved by clients, deposit must be paid (50% of the total price) , then I'll continue the rest after the receipt is shown to me.➸ IF clients decided to cancel the order some time after the approval sketch, I will refund back the deposit money BUT forfeit fee will be charged! (50% of the deposit price)

Comms related

➸ Please provide as much references as you can (character's ref / poses / mood)➸ For character's ref, please provide picture/s of how the character looks like.

Use of Artwork➸ Any drawings that were commissioned from me are only for personal use! Credit must be given if clients decided to repost it.➸ I'm allowed to use the commissioned art for my work (portfolio / commission sample / post / etc.) Unless I've been told otherwise by clients.➸ STRICTLY do not claim as client's own work, sell, NFT, AI or turn into merchandise.
